How do I return a product?
You can return your purchase within 14 days from the delivery or pick up date.
Please note that all returns must be returned in the country of purchase.
To process a return, please follow the steps below
1. Fill out the provided return form.
2. Make sure your item(s) are returned unworn, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Including gift packaging. If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost. All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box and attach the return shipping label over the initial delivery label.
4. We cover the costs for the return shipment within the selected European countries only. In case of a return within the indicated countries within Europe** (pls check the accpeted countries within Europe below), we ask you to fill out and send our online service with the necessary data. Your return label will then be created automatically and can be printed or shown as a QR code on your mobile phone when you return the return package in a package shop, again only within the selected European countries.
5. If you want to return your purchase, please contact the customer service department via e-mail email@example.com. For all selected European markets you will receive a free return label from UPS.
6. Drop off your return at one of the UPS access points. Please note that our carrier for free return within the selected European markets is UPS only.
7. For all other countries we kindly ask you to return your parcel with the option of shipment tracking. Please send the parcel to following address:

8. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.
9. Please note: Standard shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
